Transformation Tuesday! The photo on the left was probably taken when I was 11 or 12 years old, the one on the right is current. There's a pretty big difference in age here, but I was about that skinny up until college. ------------------------------------------------ I perform less than than 45 minutes of cardio per week and consume over 300 grams of carbs per day. I NEVER do fasted cardio and have never taken a "fat burner" or diuretic. I follow flexible dieting principles and enjoy greasy cheeseburgers and pizza in moderation (at least once a week).
